IEEE MDM 2027: Call for Workshop Proposals

A series of workshops will be held in conjunction with IEEE MDM 2027. Workshops are tentatively planned for June 28, 2027, with each workshop running for either half a day or a full day. The final workshop schedule is subject to confirmation by the conference organizers.

The IEEE MDM 2027 organization committee will coordinate workshop logistics, including facilities, catering, and registration.

Organizers of accepted workshops will be responsible for announcing their workshops and calls for papers, soliciting submissions, appointing and coordinating program committee members, managing the peer-review process, resolving conflicting reviews, and finalizing their workshop programs. Organizers must work with the conference Proceedings Chair to ensure timely completion of camera-ready workshop papers by the specified deadline. Workshop papers must be 6 pages in length. All workshop submissions must undergo a peer-review process involving at least three independent reviews per paper. All accepted workshop papers will be published in Volume 2 of the IEEE MDM 2027 conference proceedings.

Dissemination of calls for papers, participation announcements, and post-workshop reports through appropriate research and professional channels is encouraged.

Proposals will be evaluated on relevance to mobile data management, scientific quality, likely community interest, prior performance, where applicable, and overlap with other workshop proposals.

Topics of interest include all topics listed in the Research Track Call for Papers: https://mdm2027.github.io/callsResearch.html#main
